Abstract: |
Following an evaluation, an open area excavation was undertaken at the site. The edge of a multi-phase Late Bronze Age settlement was identified, comprising of pits, post holes, beam slots, ditches and water management features. A possible Late Bronze Age cremation cemetery was also identified in the south-west corner of the site. A Roman period ditch was also identified. [Au(adp)] |
