Abstract: |
The archaeological works included an open area excavation and the excavation of six evaluation trenches. Trench 1 was centred over a previous trial trench where a number of features of potential archaeological significance were identified. These features were demonstrated to be natural in origin. Trenches 2-7 were distributed across the proposed development area. No archaeological deposits were identified and no artefacts were recovered. [Au(adp)] |
