Abstract: |
Tenuous evidence was found for the previous occupation of the site, in the form of a charcoal layer towards the base of trenches in the southwest corner of the plot, and a possible post pad at a higher level within the same part of the site. Unstratified sherds of pottery recovered from the site ranged from the 13th/14th to the 17th century. [Au(abr)] |
