Abstract: |
The potential for Roman and Saxon, medieval and post-medieval settlement in the area of the site seemed low. The potential for prehistoric occupation in the area of the site was low to medium. There were good prospects for survival of archaeology that may be on the site, as the area was open fields until the second half of the 20th century and the present buildings were the first development for at least 200 years.
