Abstract:
A watching brief was undertaken upon the excavations for a number of extensions and alterations as they occurred at Ridgecote, 10 Deepdene Wood, Dorking. The site was visited on two occasions to examine excavations for a soakaway and for foundations of extensions to the kitchen and hall. Nothing of archaeological interest was observed and it was recommended that the watching brief be discontinued. [AIP]
