Abstract: |
A non-intrusive survey comprising geophysics and fieldwalking was undertaken along the proposed route of the A421 Great Barford Bypass. The survey identified nine potential sites along the route including a pit alignment, enclosure systems and possible kilns, as well as artefact scatters dating from the early prehistoric to the medieval period.
