Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out on site in response to a proposed access road to Ludley Mill, Ludley Mill Farm and Ludley Mill Barn, relieving vehicular passage on Ludley Mill Bridge. Two test pits were excavated and nothing was observed in the course of the watching brief which appeared to be earlier than mid to late 19th century and no substantial significant archaeological structures or deposits were impacted in the course of the work observed.
