Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a housing development. Sites dating from Bronze Age to Saxon times had been recorded in the surrounding area. Five trenches were excavated, and struck flints were recovered. Two post-medieval features, interpreted as a bedding trench and a boundary, were recorded. It was concluded that no further work would be necessary.[AIP] |
