Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a classroom block within a school playground. The site lay in close proximity to the medieval estate of Loxford Hall, and previous excavations nearby had revealed Bronze Age and Roman occupation evidence. Two trenches were excavated, and no remains dating from before the 20th century were discovered. [AIP] |
