Abstract: |
A desk-top assessment was carried out on a site where widespread building work was planned. The route of a Roman road was known to cross the site, and several sites ranging in date from prehistoric to medieval times had been recorded in the surrounding area. It was recommended that an archaeological evaluation should be carried out.[AIP] |
