Abstract: |
The evaluation formed the second phase of investigative works undertaken within the existing central building on the site to further ascertain the archaeological potential. It revealed evidence of an earlier 20th century building and an area of modern plough marks. The first phase of the evaluation had revealed two truncated ditches, one of which appeared to be Iron Age in date. [Au] |
