Abstract:		 An assessment found that there was the potential for the discovery of remains of all periods, as far back as Roman, at the site, especially those from the post-medieval period. However, the site was expected to be heavily damaged by 20th century development. Suggested further work involved trial trenching and building recording. [Au(abr)]
