Abstract: |
The Level Three Landscape Assesment at Bodiam Castle revealed the importance of the surrounding area containing clear earthworks of a medieval designed landscape. The survey demonstrated the interesting survival of medieval tenement plots, as earthworks between the castle and the village. All these features now fall within the area of the designated Scheduled Ancient Monument.[Au] |
