Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out on the site in advance of the erection of a detached house next to St Oswolds Church. The site was located on the former course of a meandering stream and was therefore waterlogged. The investigations only turned up modern debris and it was thought that the ground was too wet for occupation in the past. [AIP] |
