Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during the groundworks for the full internal and external repair and conversion of the Grade II Listed Building. A series of brick culverts were recorded in the lower ground floor of the standing buildings. These were found to be part of the original drainage system laid out for the Georgian terrace c.1735 of which nos. 54-56 was all that remained. [Au(adp)] |
