Abstract: |
A watching brief maintained during the excavation of footing trenches revealed fragments of 13/14th century coarsewear and fragments of daub which indicated that medieval settlement was established in that part of Stowmarket by at least the 13/14th century if not slightly earlier. [AIP] |
