Abstract: |
A resistivity and ground penetrating radar survey was carried out. The resistivity survey detected strong linear features running parallel with the survey area, thought to be associated with the existing terracing. Circular high resistance anomalies perhaps associated with landscaping features were also located. The ground penetrating radar survey highlighted several areas of broad crested diffractions at similar depths, aligned from both north-south and east-west, indicating an anthropogenic origin. Buried wall and a surface were also possibly present. [Au(abr)] |
