Abstract:		 An archaeological assessment was undertaken on the proposed development site. The assessment identified no known archaeology on the site, except for a Second World War bomb decoy. The assessment identified some potential for archaeology at the site due to the site's proximity to Roman/medieval sites and its location on a gravel terrace next to the marsh. [Au(abr)]
