The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The assessment identified no historic or statutorily protected buildings in the immediate vicinity of the site. Hylton Castle and Chapel were located 500m to the south-east and are both Scheduled Ancient Monuments as well as Grade I Listed Buildings. The structures on site all dated to the 20th century. Prehistoric artefacts had been found in the area, which also lay within the area of Hylton medieval village. A Civil War skirmish and World War I practice trenches were also noted nearby. [Au(adp)]
