The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The evaluation trenches excavated found very little in terms of features and artefacts. Two layers of subsoil were identified in each trench, and it was suggested that they may represent two buried plough soils. The site was probably utilized for agriculture in the Late Iron Age and Romano-British periods. It would appear that the site lay on the outside of the southern boundary of the Roman settlement, providing more negative evidence for the actual location of this boundary. [Au(adp)]
