Abstract: |
A series of evaluation trenches within Church Farm, in the centre of the village of Bawdrip, recorded settlement evidence from the Romano-British and Late Saxon and early Norman periods. Evidence for medieval occupation was also recorded and what was assumed to be the original boundary was also investigated with a suggested date of the boundary ditch to the 11th/12th century.[Au] |
