Abstract: |
An evaluation ahead of works for a new parsonage encountered no archaeological deposits or features. The very small quantity of pottery recovered was insufficient to provide evidence of occupation, although it did indicate activity dating to the medieval period in the surrounding area. Much of the north-east part of the development area had been subject to landscaping, probably during the creation of the existing, or previous rectory lawns and garden. [Au(adp)] |
