Abstract: |
A watching brief conducted during the excavation of foundation trenches for an extension to the old Coach House during the conversion to a dwelling. This trenching revealed a series of pits and a possible ditch. One put was dated to the 15th century while the other features were of unknown date. A sherd of Roman greyware was retrieved from the overburden above the features. [Au(abr)] |
