Abstract: |
A 16th century inhumation was revealed on the site. It was associated with other burials found nearby in 1906 and 1996 and was thought to be the remains of a 16th century sailor who drowned and was buried near the beach. The other inhumations formed a group of burials all thought to be contemporary. [AIP] |
