Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was carried out during building alterations to the interior of All Saints Church. A pit containing the disarticulated remains of three probable adult skeletons was discovered in the nave. It was thought that this was a reburial of bones disturbed during internal alterations in the late 19th century. The remains of walling or floor supports had also been noted. These may have been 16th century in date. [Au] |
