Abstract: |
A programme of archaeological trial trenching, test pitting and auguring at Canklow Washlands did not reveal significant evidence of archaeological activity. With the exception of one abraded fragment of medieval pottery, only post-medieval and modern artefacts were recovered from the excavated deposits. [Au] |
