Abstract: |
Despite the proximity of the site to the core of the medieval village of Curry Rivel, there was little evidence for activity or occupation here. A few small worn sherds of coarse medieval pottery were recovered. However, it seemed likely that this low lying and possibly ill drained locality may have discouraged human occupation on this particular site. [Au(adp)] |
