Abstract: |
The project determined that from an archaeological point of view, none of the options was entirely satisfactory, all three routes travelling across extremely sensitive areas; however the Eastern route would be the most damaging, while the Western routes would have less impact. The Outer Western Route was the preferred route. It was likely that further archaeological sites would be revealed as work progressed, there would be a need for further archaeological work in the future. [Au(adp)] |
