Abstract: |
The watching brief monitored the excavation of drainage runs and a soakaway in the north-east and south-west areas of the site . Natural deposits were seen across the site sealed in the north-west corner by a layer of post-medieval subsoil. This had been cut by an undated post hole. Layers off 20th century demolition rubble and topsoil completed the sequence, including a garden surface. [Au(adp)] |
