Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during the excavation of foundation trenches for an extension to the main house. Two features were identified in the trenches. Both were pits which probably dated from the 1st or 2nd century AD. One was relatively shallow while the second was deep and produced a number of finds. No further features were uncovered in the area of the extension. [Au(abr)] |
