Abstract:		 A desk-based study supplemented by fieldwalking survey was undertaken on land proposed for development. No archaeological sites were identitified within the proposal area and fieldwalking only recovered, 1 retouched flint blade of either Neolithic or Bronze Age date, 1 sherd of Roman pottery, 4 sherds of medieval pottery and 3 sherds of post-medieval pottery.
