Abstract:
The watching brief was undertaken when the remains of an 18th-19th century silk mill building and the mill master's house were converted into compartments. Some 18th-19th features were recorded in the foundation trenches inside the building whilst works to the rear only exposed made-up ground and natural depoits.[Au(abr)]
