Abstract: |
A single evaluation trench was excavated on the site. Two pits, a ditch and a post hole were identified as belonging to the late 12th to early 13th century. Above these features was a layer of alluvial deposits that contained pottery from the 15th/16th centuries. 19th century foundations of the earlier school were above these deposits. [Au(abr)] |
