Trial trenches were excavated in the area of the proposed road corridor and in the area of the residential development. In the road corridor a pit and post hole were identified. The pit contained Iron Age pottery and slag. In the area of the residential development a gully was identified and contained Iron Age pottery. [Au(abr)]
