Abstract: |
A watchaing brief carried out during the development of a tennis court revealed activity dating from at least the 11th century to the 13th century. A number of cut features at the northen end of the site were at the earlier end of this range. However, an area of lead smelting was thought to be even earlier. [Au(abr)] |
