Abstract:
The assessment concluded that the archaeological potential of the site for any past periods of human activity was moderate or low. In particular the site did not appear to impinge upon the known site of the church or churchyard of Ulrika Eleonora. Given the low level of archaeological impact of the proposed development groundworks, and of the proposed ground reduction in the garden areas, the report recommended an archaeological monitoring exercise during these works.
