Abstract:
An evaluation trench on the site of a proposed new studio revealed several undated archaeological features cut into natural sand and gravel. At one end of the trench a layer of buried soil had been heavily disturbed by tree roots. Finds, all of post-medieval date, were recovered from all of the excavated features and deposits. [Au(abr)]
