Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out during the stripping of topsoil prior to the erection of a grain barn, at a site which lay immediately to the north of an undated enclosure and possible associated field system identified from cropmarks. Medieval finds had been recovered during fieldwalking of the cropmark site. During the watching brief, one sherd of 18th-19th century pottery was found, but no archaeological features were observed.
