Abstract: |
A survey of part of the River Thames foreshore was undertaken in advance of works relating to a residential development. Several post-medieval features were noted, including a bargebed surface, the remains of bargebed make-up, timber posts and a linear timber feature. Leather shoe fragments and nail scatters were recorded. It was concluded that archaeological deposits would not be affected by the development. [AIP] |
