Abstract: |
<summary>Desk-based assessment established that a complete Iron Age pot and a Romano-British metal brooch had been recovered from the area in the latter half of the 19th century. However, it was possible that damage to archaeological deposits had occurred during the excavation of brick clay, the construction of the railway in 1840, and the construction of structures associated with a 19th century brickworks. {italon}AIP{italoff} {italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} 50SEJH |
