Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the excavation of a water pipe trench at St. Andrews Church. The development was situated in the grounds of the Norman church of St. Andrew. Investigation recorded a layer of topsoil, overlying subsoils and natural geology. An indeterminate feature was identified. No other archaeological features were encountered and no datable artefacts retrieved. [Au] |
