Abstract: |
Three evaluation trenches were excavated on the site. Two pits were found containing substantial artefactual material from the Late Neolithic. A curving ditch, possibly a ring ditch for a Neolithic/Bronze Age barrow, and two modern quarry pits were identified. The Neolithic pits hinted at possible occupation on the site. [Au(abr)] |
