Trial trenches were excavated on the site of the precinct of a Dominican Friary which later formed part of a post-medieval house. Much of the site had been truncated and post-medieval to material dumped to level the site. The lower courses of a post-medieval stone building an a medieval wall were identified. [Au(abr)] |
