Abstract: |
<summary2>Eight trenches were excavated during an archaeological assessment of land proposed for a golf course development. No archaeological features or finds were noted, suggesting that this area was never manured or heavily cultivated. It is likely that it has been used as pasture since at least the Roman period. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
