Abstract: |
<summary>An evaluation was undertaken on the site of a proposed new primary school. No significant archaeological features were uncovered, but the metal-detecting and trial-trenching revealed multi-period activity in the form of a widespread scatter of finds. The finds included heavily burnt flints, of probable prehistoric date; the medieval and post-medieval finds probably represented the remains of agricultural activity on the site. {italon}AIP{italoff} {italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} BOT015 |
