Abstract: |
The assessment was carried out in advance of the proposed development of the site. The site lay close to the medieval centre of Witton to the south of Droitwich. The assessment examined the available documentary and cartographic evidence and identified areas of potential archaeological interest. The site was found to have the potential for archaeological deposits, dating from the medieval or post-medieval periods. [Au(abr)] |
