Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken on an area of proposed development. The only potentially significant deposits consisted of traces of later 18th century activity, but these were confined to a small area which had been garden to the rear of the Civic Hall, and their nature as possible drains gave them a low priority for further examination. Any earlier deposits which may once have been present must have been removed prior to the construction of the Civic Hall. [Au(abr)] |
