Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during clearance work in an area of land which lay outside the main outer wall of the medieval castle. Late post-medieval finds were revealed as well as a feature relating to bank stabilsation which was also interpreted as being later post-medieval. Nothing else of archaeological significance was revealed. [AIP] |
