Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out on the site of a medieval and post-medieval mill. Trench 1 identified the north and east walls of the well, the axle hole and the wheel pit for the water wheel. The 18th century eastern wall had been faced by the a 19th century wall. Trench two located the southern and eastern walls. A brick sluice was recorded along with a cobbled yard. [Au(abr)] |
