No archaeological deposits or features were noted at the site with the exception of a minor spread of worked and burnt flint found in association with some post-medieval ceramics within the base of garden subsoil, and to a lesser extent worked and burnt flint and one sherd of medieval pottery within the uppermost levels of the underlying natural clay.
